DESCRIPTION
Paul Golf is good quality courses on the east of the island.
The course is well located just of the main highway. The landscape on this part of the island though is slightly undulating though that dramatic, the use of water on several of the holes provides an additional challenge.
The course has hosted the Mallorca Classic, a tour event on various occasions and Cludia Schiffer has promoted her charity events at the course.
The course opened for play in 1995 but was extensively remodelled in 2006 to 2007 by one of Spain best loved golfers, Jose Maria Olazabal.
From the Yellows the course plays to a par of 72 and is long at just over 6000 meters.
The track starts with a tough par 4. Out of bounds both left and right take you toward a tough green. The 4th hole takes you under the road to a nice par 4 with a stream running down the left. From here you move to a long par 5. The 7th is another difficult par 4 that needs a well hit tee short to make the green in regulation.
The back nine features the very tough par 3 13th, protected by two large bunkers, you don’t want to be short! The 18th is a nice finishing hole and takes you back to the club house.
